ADA Grievance Procedure

This grievance procedure is established to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). It is not to be used by anyone who wishes to appeal the decision of a Department in response to a request for workplace accommodation or modification of services, activities, programs or benefits while working for the Village of Schiller Park.
