Calendar

Meeting is held in the 2nd Floor Boardroom. The meeting agenda is posted online at least 48 hours before the meeting. If you want to view the Board Meeting Agenda visit the "Agendas & Minutes" page - click here to view. This location is handicapped accessible with a sloped walkway and then an elevator for access.

Please keep in mind that there are occassions when the Board Meeting is canceled. If you see no meeting agenda posted on the "Agendas & Minutes" for the meeting you plan to attend please contact the Village at (847) 678-2550 to check whether the meeting is being held.

In addition there is another meeting which is generally held on the Thursday proceeding the Board Meeting at 7:00 PM. This meeting is called the "Agenda Meeting" and the Village Board discusses the agenda for the upcoming Board Meeting. It is also held on the 2nd Floor of the Village Hall in the Village Boardroom. If there is no Board Meeting being held on a Tuesday the Agenda Meeting that normally would occur on the proceeding Thursday evening is not held either.

Lastly the Village Board will sometimes hold "Special Meetings" - in the event of a special meeting a notice will be posted on the "Agendas & Minutes" page.
