Village Hall Phase II Construction is Complete!

Construction of Phase II of the Village Hall improvements is now complete! The first phase of the project was completed in the fall of 2010 and involved disability access improvements to the Village Hall including a front sloped walkway, an elevator to the second floor, and the addition of a fully handicapped accessible bathroom on the second floor. The second phase involved improvements to the front of the building - specifically the windows and canopy.

The construction of Phase II began during the week of October 17th and was completed on schedule by the first couple of days of December. Phase II involved the installation of new windows for the front of the building (to replace the very old leaky and energy inefficient old windows) and a new longer canopy to provide better protection from rain and snow for the new sloped walkway that was installed last year. We hope that residents enjoy these needed improvements to the Village Hall.
