Multi-Family Dwelling Licenses
The Village operates a licensing and inspection program for all multi-family residential properties. All multi-family dwellings in the Village must be licensed and undergo interior and exterior inspections.

Property Maintenance
Schiller Park has established minimum standards for all properties within the Village in order to protect the health, safety, and welfare of residents, business owners, and visitors. The Property Maintenance Program is available to help residents understand how to comply with these standards.

Reduced Pressure Zone
Safe drinking water is federally mandated and regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency, as well as the 2014 Illinois Plumbing Code. A reduced pressure zone device is designed to prevent the reverse flow of polluted water from entering the drinking water system.
