Street Sweeping Schedule Update – Beginning April 13, 2026

To better coordinate with Tuesday garbage collection, the Village has updated our street sweeping schedule. Streets will still be swept the 2nd and 4th week of every month (April thru November).

Starting April 13, 2026:• Even-numbered addresses: Street sweeping will take place on Mondays• Odd-numbered addresses: Street sweeping will take place on Wednesdays

Parking is restricted on these days from 8 AM until 4 PM. Please refer to posted signs on each side of the block for street sweeping information.

This adjustment improves the efficiency of our street sweeping operations and helps maintain clean streets throughout Schiller Park.

The updated street sweeping dates are posted on the Village calendar and can also be viewed on the Village website. Free copies of the Village calendar are available at Village Hall.

Retired and Senior Volunteer Program  (RSVP) is offering FREE tax assistance to individuals aged 60 or older from  low- to moderate-income households (less than $69k/yr.). 

This service is by appointment ONLY.

Appointments can be made starting on Monday, Jan. 26, 2026.
