Crime Free Housing
Every owner of any residential rental property in Schiller Park is required to participate in the Village Crime Free Housing Program.

Landlords are required to attend an eight hour seminar only once. Landlords will be required to attend a 30-60 minute refresher course every three years.

Yes. It is required to have all the property's tenants sign one copy of the Crime Free lease addendum. However, please keep those signed copies in your records. Schiller Park does no longer need the tenant-signed copies.
