[ARCHIVED] Power of Attorney & Living Will Presentation

The Village has agreed to host a presentation aimed at seniors regarding Powers of Attorney & Living Wills at the Community Center on Monday, March 30th at 10:00 AM. The presentation is by CDEL (The Center for Disability & Elder Law). If you are interested in this subject please attend the presentation to learn more and hopefully have your questions answered.

The Village has also agreed to help offer free legal services assistance on Powers of Attorney & Living Wills at the Community Center on Thursday, April 30, 2020 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. The counseling sessions are offered by CDEL (The Center for Disability & Elder Law). CDEL will provide FREE legal services including preparing a Power of Attorney for Property and Health Care and Living Will Declarations. The Center for Disability & Elder Law (CDEL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and advancing the legal rights of low-income senior citizens and persons with disabilities in Cook County since 1984.
